Organizational Leadership

Take the lead as you develop organizational leadership skills and business solutions

In the Organizational Leadership track of the Master of Arts in Applied Professional Studies (MAAPS), you’ll learn to leverage your existing business skills to influence the direction of organizations and industries.

In the Organizational Leadership master’s degree track, you’ll:

  • develop and apply effective leadership skills that are crucial to success in the business world
  • gain the tools needed to apply relevant leadership theories and models
  • learn to generate solutions to real-world problems within various types of organizations
  • explore how to positively impact organizations as you advance teams toward a shared corporate vision

Required Courses
You will complete 52 graduate credit hours (13 courses), which includes four residency courses (including a Capstone)​​, six track courses, and three​ Liberal Learning Seminar courses or electives.
