Aguirre played with DePaul for three seasons, and in that time led the basketball team to a record of 79-10 before being the #1 draft pick for the Dallas Mavericks in 1981.

<div class="ck-content"><p>The <a href="https://www.depaul.edu/academics/programs/cannabis-studies-minor" target="_blank" title="Cannabis Studies Program">Cannabis Studies Program</a> at DePaul University is proud to invite submissions for the Douglas Bruce Cannabis Justice Award in honor of the late Dr. Douglas Bruce. <a href="https://depaul.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9ALLcXKfcAkDnxk" target="_blank" title="Applications">Applications</a> are due May 1st, and the winning submission receives a $500 scholarship and an engraved plaque.</p></div>
