Biography
Barbara is an HR professional with over 20 years experience leading teams and HR initiatives focused on building great company cultures, talent management practices, and developing future talent through corporate training programs and leader coaching. She is a proud Double Demon, earning both her Bachelors Degree in Organization and Employee Development and a Masters Degree in Educating Adults from DePaul University. She also earned a Masters in Human Resource Management from St. Mary's University in Minnesota. Barbara has been teaching at DePaul since 2019.
