Biography
Jill Kirby brings decades of experience in education, grounded in a strong background in psychology, science education, and health education. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and Education from Elmhurst University and a Master's in Science Education from National Louis University.
Now focusing on mindfulness and emotional well-being, Jill is a trained Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practitioner and a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator. She leads professional development and staff training in mindfulness for K-12 school districts and higher education institutions.
Jill’s work as a professional learning facilitator, instructional coach, and mentor continues to support educators and leaders in strengthening pedagogy, social-emotional learning, and workplace well-being. Her approach fosters clarity, compassion, and resilience—empowering individuals and organizations to reduce burnout, cultivate joy, and create sustainable, meaningful change from within.
