Biography
Mark Enenbach is in his 30th year as a member of the SCPS part-time faculty. He is a former faculty member of Governor’s State University and held numerous executive and planning positions with the City of Chicago under seven different mayoral administrations. He most recently was the Vice- President and Chief Operating Officer for the Community and Economic Development Association. He received his MA from Loyola University in Urban Studies ( economics, political science and sociology) , has completed substantial post graduate coursework, and holds many professional certifications.
Mr. Enenbach has conducted extensive academic research in his travels to more than 65 countries throughout the world. He incorporates this research in constantly updating his classes. His expertise is government policy and his classes combine theory with his practical career experience in policymaking and implementation in fields such as: healthcare, social services, economics, political science and intergovernmental relations. Mr. Enenbach has worked as a consultant, professional trainer and public speaker for many major government and private organizations, associations and conferences.
