Biography
Sonya M. Ratliff has a BS in Health Information Administration and a MS in Education and Technology from Chicago State University. She has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, working for institutions including Chicago State University, City Colleges of Chicago, and University of Phoenix. She is an Instructional Designer with Faculty Instructional Technology Services assigned to SCPS.
