Susan Neustrom

Biography

Susan is a certified Mentor and Positive Psychology Coach and a professional speaker on the topics of your comfort zone, growth mindset, and motivation. Susan is the recipient of the 2020 Teaching Excellence Award from the School of Continuing and Professional Studies and serves on the Teaching and Learning Committee and the Curriculum Committee. She is a Prior Learning Assessor, Organizational Leadership Champion, Lead Facilitator for the Certificate in Educating Adults, and Professional Advisor. Susan holds an Ed.D. in Organizational ​Leadership from Argosy University, M.A. in Organizational Leadership/Training and Development from Lewis University, and a B.S. in Management from National Louis University.
