Wendy Yanow

Biography

Wendy Yanow is an adult educator with more than 30 years teaching experience. She holds an EdD and MA in Adult Education from National Louis University and a BA in Liberal Arts and​ Music from University of Illinois at Chicago. She recently contributed the chapter Teaching Against Colorblindness to the text, Teaching Race: How to help students unmask and challenge racism. Wendy is a consultant/facilitator for the Anti-Defamation League, the Evanston YWCA Equity Institute, Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation of Greater Chicago and she is Trustee of Oakton Community College.
