Biography
Zoaib Mirza has over 20 years of experience as an Educationalist. He currently works as an Associate Vice President at Ultimate Medical Academy with prior experience working for non-profit, for-profit, and ivy league education institutions. As a faculty and facilitator for over 15 years, Mr. Mirza has taught and developed various Technology, Education, and Management courses in K12, undergraduate, and graduate schools both locally and internationally. As a philanthropist, he works with educational institutes, especially in developing communities in Pakistan and Chicago, USA, to promote education. He also conducts professional development workshops and seminars for schools and organizations on education, ethics, and technology topics. He has developed a YouTube channel called PrometeEducation to promote best practices about online education.
His efforts as an educationalist have been recognized both locally and internationally. He is the recipient of various awards and scholarships like Best Effective Practice by Online Learning Consortium, SLATE Star Award, TEACH award, The Diversity Scholarship by the Adult Higher Education Alliance, and more. Pakistani training company Mentoring Hub, and media channels Hum TV and ARY Digital, have appreciated his contributions and interviewed him on their morning shows.
Mr. Mirza is currently completing his Doctorate in Education from DePaul University. He completed his MA in Applied Professionals Studies, MS in Applied Technologies, MS in Information Systems from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, and his Bachelors of Science, Computing, with Honors from Staffordshire University the United Kingdom.
Mr. Mirza currently resides in DesPlaines, IL, with his mother, wife, daughter, and son. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, watching movies, and having sumptuous meals.
